2023 DL Mentorship Program

Build relationships that can help pave your future in the CRE industry by applying for the 2023 NAIOP Chicago Mentorship Program.  Now in its 12th year, the Mentorship Program provides Developing Leaders access and connections to leaders in the CRE industry who are committed to sharing their knowledge. This unique opportunity allows Developing Leader Members to take their NAIOP Membership one step further and focus on specialized relationships in the real estate industry.

Eligibility

• Must be a NAIOP Chicago Developing Leader Member (35 and under)
• Minimum 2 years real estate industry experience
• Past program participants eligible to reapply

Guidelines
Mentors and Mentees will commit to:

• Four one-on-one meetings within 2023 (Meetings may be virtual or in-person. It is recommended that Mentors and Mentees discuss goals and expectations at their first meeting.)
• 2023 Mentorship Program Events include:
  • In-Person Kick-Off Event
  • A Mid-Year Event
  • Closing Event

2024 DL Mentorship Program applications will be released soon.
