Bill Jurjovec

As an 18-year industry veteran, Bill is experienced in all facets of the execution of financing transactions,
including deal marketing and negotiation, oversight of pre-marketing due diligence and strategy, financial analysis and underwriting, production of offering materials, and closing support.

Over his career, Bill has been directly involved in the analysis and placement of more than $6 billion of capital. He has worked in a variety of roles within mortgage banking including bank acquisition due diligence, credit administration and deal sourcing. Prior to joining CBRE, Bill spent eight years with Wintrust Financial Corporation, where he sourced over $800 million in debt. Bill is a member of CBRE National Partners.

Adam Tyler

Adam Tyler is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Advisory Group specializing in industrial investment sales throughout the Midwest.  During his 21 year career, he has worked on both the ownership and brokerage sides of the business and has completed transactions in investment sales, development, acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. These transactions have exceeded 200 million square feet with a value in excess of $14.5 billion.

Based in Chicago and responsible for executing transactions across ten Midwest markets, Mr. Tyler’s broad transactional experience allows for best-in-class service to industrial clients.

Tyler Ziebel

Colliers

Tyler is a Senior Vice President on the Colliers Chicago Capital Markets team focused on investment sales of institutional quality industrial properties ranging in value from $10 million to $500 million. Since joining the Colliers team as a Senior Associate in 2016, he has been involved in the underwriting and marketing of more than 100 million square feet of industrial product on completed transactions totaling over $7 billion in market value. Along with his partners Steve Disse and Jeff Devine, the team is consistently recognized as the top industrial sales group in Chicago, closing over $3 billion in sales in the last three years.

Prior to joining Colliers, Tyler was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Services Group at Duff & Phelps, where he worked on the valuation and consulting of institutional real estate assets for large public and private clients.

Kelsey Perrin

VP, Investment Officer
Prologis, Inc.

Kelsey is a VP, Investment Officer for the Central Region Capital Deployment Team at Prologis. In this role, Kelsey focuses on monetizing the company’s strategic land holdings in addition to growing and executing on the acquisitions and development pipeline in Chicago and Cincinnati. Kelsey is also responsible for providing north central region expertise for regional and multi-market acquisitions and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to Prologis, Kelsey spent nine years at Heitman in the North American Acquisitions group. She was responsible for originating, negotiating, executing, analyzing, and valuing potential investments in direct equity real estate within the United States. She led industrial acquisitions from 2016 to 2021. Throughout her career, Kelsey has been involved in acquiring and developing properties valued at over $4.4 billion.

Kelsey received a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Accounting from the Wisconsin School
of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently serves on the NAIOP Board for the Chicago
Chapter and is a member of the Industrial Acquisitions 3 NAIOP National Forum.
