NAIOP Chicago Supports ISTHA’s Proposed Move Illinois Capital Plan

NAIOP Chicago issued a policy statement in support of the Illinois Tollway Authority’s $12 billion, 15-year Move Illinois capital plan. The plan was approved by the Illlinois Tollway Board of Directors on August 24, 2011 by a margin of 7-1.
