Bruce Miller

Bruce is a Senior Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is a co-leader of the firm’s national office group. He focuses on dispositions and recapitalizations of office assets located in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. Over the course of his career, he’s sold properties with a total value in excess of $15 billion.

Bruce was the recipient of the Greater Food Depository Award for Investment Broker of the year in 2008, 2012, 2015 and 2020, as well as the NAIOP Office Investment Transaction of the Year Award in both 2012 and 2018. He was named to Crain’s Chicago Business Most Influential Real Estate Broker in Chicago list and inducted into Midwest Real Estate Journal’s Hall of Fame in 2018.

Steve Roth

A 30+ year veteran of the mortgage banking industry, Steve Roth has structured and arranged over $14 billion in capital for more than 900 commercial real estate transactions and is frequently named among the industry’s top producers. With extensive relationships, Steve has built strong institutional relationships between both capital providers and capital users.

With a comprehensive understanding of the capital markets, Steve has built a market presence by assisting clients with structuring a capital plan that integrates into the execution of their business plan. Working extensively with both institutional and entrepreneurial owners of real estate has allowed Steve to understand the needs of the broader market. This depth has allowed him to structure complex financial solutions for a myriad of capital users.

Regina Stilp

Regina Stilp is a leading commercial real estate developer and champion of Chicago with over 20 years’ experience developing sustainable, desirable properties that galvanize communities. A founding principal of Farpoint Development,
she launched the firm in 2016, with Farpoint’s development work totaling $4.9 billion in value created.

In her prior role as principal at Sterling Bay, Regina was behind the design and execution of some of Chicago’s most architecturally acclaimed developments of the 2000s, including the creation of Google’s Midwest headquarters and the redevelopment of Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo Studios into a showcase global HQ for McDonald’s. Dedicated to diversifying real estate development, Regina prioritizes partnering with minority- and women-owned businesses.

Regina serves on the advisory board of First Women’s Bank, and strongly supports causes that empower and uplift women in finance and real estate. She is a member of CREW Chicago and the Economic Club of Chicago. She has traveled extensively worldwide, visiting every continent, and holds a degree from the University of Iowa. Regina lives with her family in Wilmette.

Molly is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Northwestern University where she attended the Kellogg School of Management for a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate Management.
