Liz Arnold

Vice President - Debt Financing

Liz Arnold joined the Chicago CBRE Capital Markets team in 2011 and has worked in the commercial real estate industry for eighteen years. She works with both private and institutional clients across an array of product types and has closed deals with various lenders including banks, life insurance companies, debt funds, conduits and the agencies. Critical in her role is maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, investors, and lenders along with underwriting, structuring and closing the team’s debt and equity transactions. On behalf of her clients, she has assisted in raising over $8 billion for office, multifamily, industrial and retail properties nationwide.

Prior to joining CBRE, Liz worked at Bank of America in various capacities in the Commercial Real Estate Group. She spent over two years in the Special Assets Group managing a large portfolio of distressed real estate loans. Before working in the Special Assets Group, she was part of the real estate loan originations team underwriting and closing new transactions.

Liz Gagliardi

Elizabeth Gagliardi serves as a Senior Managing Director in Newmark’s Downtown Chicago office. With over nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in dispositions, joint venture structuring, portfolio sales, valuation and underwriting in the multifamily industry, she has been involved in transactions valued at over $5 billion throughout her career.

Gagliardi joined Newmark’s Multifamily Capital Markets group in 2020, after serving as a Senior Vice President for 14 years at JLL, co leading the Midwest Multifamily Investment Sales team. In this role, she was responsible for business development, financial underwriting and representing owners in the sale of multifamily assets in the Midwest region. Prior to JLL, Gagliardi worked at Deloitte.

John Jaeger

Executive Vice President
CBRE

John Jaeger is an Executive Vice President in CBRE’s Institutional Properties Group. Based in the firm’s downtown Chicago office, Mr. Jaeger focuses on major institutional multifamily opportunities in the greater Chicagoland marketplace.

Mr. Jaeger brought extensive multifamily experience to CBRE, joining the firm in June of 2005 after a 13 year career at Appraisal Research Counselors, establishing a reputation with multifamily developers, equity investors, financial institutions, REITS and pension funds, including Heitman, Archstone, Habitat and Kensington. Mr. Jaeger has worked on assignments in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Kansas. Since John joined CBRE, he has been involved in over $15 billion in transaction volume.

Mary Boehmler

Senior Associate
Trammell Crow Company

Mary Boehmler serves as a Senior Associate for the Midwest office of TCC. She is responsible for new business development and acquisition opportunities, due diligence, project management and financial oversight for the group’s portfolio of projects. She also manages the marketing and branding strategies for projects in the development phase. Mary concentrates her efforts in the Midwest focusing on multifamily for High Street Residential, TCC’s residential subsidiary, and senior housing developments including sourcing new opportunities, developing capital relationships, and helping to manage the companies entitlement, development and reposition strategies.
